Terms & Conditions for Rapidit Experts
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Rapidit Experts who provide services to customers through the Rapidit platform. By joining as an expert, you agree to follow these terms.
1. Role of Rapidit
Rapidit is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers (“experts”). Rapidit itself does not provide house help or cleaning services. You work as an independent expert and not as an employee of Rapidit.
2. Your responsibilities as an expert
- Provide correct and complete information during registration.
- Keep your contact number and bank details up to date.
- Reach jobs on time and complete work as agreed.
- Maintain basic hygiene, safety and professional behaviour.
- Follow Rapidit’s safety and service guidelines.
- Respect customers, their family members and their property.
3. Jobs, cancellations and ratings
- Job opportunities are based on your location, skills, ratings and demand in your area.
- Repeated cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals may reduce or stop new job opportunities.
- Customers can rate your service. These ratings may be used to decide future jobs.
4. Payments and deductions
Payment structure, payout schedule and any platform charges (if applicable for your service type) will be explained during onboarding and may differ by city, category or offer.
- Payments for eligible jobs are sent to your registered payout method.
- In some cases, penalties may apply for fraud, serious complaints, or damages proven to be caused by you.
5. Misconduct and account deactivation
Rapidit may temporarily or permanently deactivate your expert account in case of:
- Theft, abuse, harassment or any criminal activity.
- Working under a false name or using fake documents.
- Repeated serious complaints from customers.
- Repeated no-shows or refusal to follow safety guidelines.
6. Limitation of liability
While Rapidit tries to support experts and customers, the company is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or disputes between you and a customer, unless required by applicable law. You are expected to follow safety instructions at all times.
7. Updates to these terms
Rapidit may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be shared on the website or app. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
